From the town of Hakushu, where some of the best quality water comes from in Japan, this is a Junmai Daiginjo Tobin Gakoi sake which is brewed using the underground water flowing from Minami-Alps' Mt.Kaikoma.
The sake-brewing suitable rice is finely polished to 37% and is pressed without pressure. Please enjoy the essence of sake called "Dripped Sake", which is carefully made with the drops that dripped naturally from the sake bag. (Normally, delivery is made 1-2 months after receipt of order. )
